Witching Hour Paint and Sip
Come paint with Maria at d’Ellena. Our Director of Hospitality is also a fine artist and sommelier, and she’ll be hosting Witching Hour, a Paint & Sip evening with wine, painting and a little October magic.
We’ll be painting a glowing full moon rising behind a dark pine forest, with three witches crossing the night sky. The contrast is part of the fun: soft coral, gold and cream in the moon, deep blues and purples around the edges, and bold black silhouettes in the foreground. There’s room to follow the example closely or loosen things up and make the night sky your own.
Never painted before? Maria will help you get started. Already comfortable with a brush? Play with the moon, the color, the trees or the silhouettes and see where the painting takes you. This one is especially forgiving, with big shapes, strong contrast and plenty of room for personality.
Bring someone along or join us on your own. We’ll have games, raffles and prizes, plus $1 off wine by the glass throughout the evening. There will be time to sip, paint and settle in around the table.
Paint instruction and materials are $35 per person. Wine is purchased separately and is not included in the event ticket.
